This is the personal website of Garrett Pancheri, Co-Owner and Team Leader of Living In Idaho at LPT Realty. It exists to answer questions about buying and selling homes in Idaho’s Treasure Valley. This page explains, in plain English, what it does and does not do with your information.
Does this website collect my personal information?
No. There are no contact forms, no sign-up boxes and no account registration anywhere on garrettpancheri.com. You can read every page on this site without giving us your name, your email address or your phone number.
The only information this site receives automatically is the standard, non-identifying analytics described below.
What about cookies and analytics?
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. That service places cookies in your browser and records things like which pages were viewed, roughly what region the visit came from, and what kind of device was used. It is used to improve the content. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not sold to anyone.
A cookie consent banner appears on your first visit so you can choose what to allow. You can change that choice at any time by clearing your cookies for this site, and you can opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser opt-out add-on.
What happens when I click a guide or a home search link?
Several pages here link out to tools hosted on livinginidaho.com and its subdomains, including the Idaho Relocation Guide, the New Construction Guide, the home search and the calculators. Those are separate sites.
If you enter your information on one of those pages, it is collected there, by Living In Idaho, and it is governed by the Living In Idaho Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, not by this page. Read that policy before submitting anything.
The same applies to any other website this one links to. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
Do you text or email me if I visit?
Not from this website. Nothing here can add you to a list, because nothing here asks for your contact information. If you receive email or text messages from Garrett or the Living In Idaho team, it is because you gave that information somewhere else, and every one of those messages includes a way to stop them.
Is this site meant for children?
No. This site is intended for adults making real estate decisions and is not directed to children under 13.
