It is a library of answers about buying and selling homes in the Treasure Valley, written from real transactions. It is information, not a service. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship between you and Garrett Pancheri or LPT Realty. That relationship starts when we sign a written representation agreement, and not before.

Market figures are dated and sourced on the page where they appear, usually to Boise Regional REALTORS monthly reports or to IMLS data as reported by We Know Boise. Real estate data changes monthly.
A number that was accurate when it was published may not be accurate today. Always confirm current figures before making a decision, and ask where a number came from. That goes for this site too.
No guarantee of results
Past transactions described on this site are real and are told accurately. They are examples of what happened for specific clients in specific situations. They are not a promise of what will happen for you. Every deal is different.
