Where the Kuna market actually sat in August 2026, from the Boise Regional REALTORS Ada County stat sheet. Homes that sold in Kuna averaged 41 days on the market. Homes going under contract averaged 22 days, tied with Star for the fastest in the county. Kuna and Meridian drove most of the county’s increase in homes for sale that month, and 62% of the new homes sitting on the market in Kuna at the end of August were clustered across only six neighborhoods. That last number matters more than it sounds, because it means your real choices in new construction are narrower than the inventory count makes them look.
